Return Policy

  • You have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to orders placed within Germany and the United States.
  • Returns are free of charge — no return shipping costs will be billed to the customer.
  • No restocking fees.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
